Email notifications about your order below
After placing your order, you will receive an email regarding your order. Here are examples of emails you might receive:
Order Confirmation: This is a confirmation of your order placed on August 10, 2010. Your order number is xxxxxxx. Once your order has shipped, you will receive another email from Diilaar with shipping details, including tracking numbers. Please keep this email for your records.
Shipping Confirmation: We are informing you that the following items in order xxxxxxx have been shipped. If there are items left in your order that have not yet been shipped, you will receive a similar shipping confirmation email upon shipment.


Delivery time
What is the delivery time of our products?
diilaar handcrafted equipment with impeccable precision and quality. All orders are made to order in the order they are received. No waiting required for some in-stock products, due to high order volumes our current lead times are 4-8 weeks for some products and 8-32 weeks for others. Delivery time depends on where we are in the production schedule. We will endeavor to inform you of delivery times when you place your order.


What if I have a specific deadline?
Please share your deadline with us and we will work with you to accommodate it. However, please remember that due to covid-19 and its impact on our service, our ability to assist will be very limited, but we will do our best.


Do you customize your products?
We often customize our products to meet our customers’ needs. Typically, the customization fee is equivalent to 30% of the value of the standard item. Our custom order lead times typically add an additional 2-4 weeks.


Orders and Estimates
Orders and estimates placed online are only valid for 30 days. After 30 days have passed, you must submit a new order/estimate directly on our website.


Change your order
You can change your order within 24 hours of placing it without incurring any additional charges. If you change your order after 24 hours but before we ship, we must cancel the original order and submit a new order. You will be charged a 25% restocking fee for equipment removed from your order. Changes to your order may delay shipment dates.


Cancel Order
If you cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it, Diilaar will refund your initial deposit in full. If you cancel your order after 24 hours but before we ship, we will deduct a restocking fee of 25% of the order, excluding shipping charges.
